College Football Rankings 2011: West Virginia No. 16 In AP Poll

Here are this week's AP college football rankings. West Virginia moves up two spots to No. 16 after defeating Maryland. The Mountaineers take on No. 2-ranked LSU this week. Neither Penn State nor Pitt are ranked, for obvious reasons. Oklahoma remains in the top spot.
